The floor that I ordered (12mm Victorian Red Oak) from you is amazing; the first thing that you notice when you walk into the room is the quality of the floor and how quite it is. My mother has real wood floors, when they saw mine they admitted that they like mine better than theirs. When I ordered from you we discuss pet issues urine in particular, well it happen and clean up was a breeze.

I also wanted to thank you for your business ethics, when I called you with a problem (planks being damage from the freight company) you had two new bundles out that day! You just don’t find that much anymore now days. I finished installing my floor in my family room. It went so smoothly and it was very simple to do. Your service was excellent and your staff was very helpful. It was so easy to install that my 14 year old daughter ( yes daughter) was watching me and said she wanted to try it. Well she installed almost half the room while I measured and made the cuts. I just wanted to compliment you on the great flooring you sold to me. I bought some Old Homestead Lamiante from you and to be honest was a little apprehensive about the installation. I put it off for nearly a month before I finally got to it. This stuff practically installs itself. I have been at it for a couple of hours in the morning before work and a couple of hours at night for about a week now and I am almost finished. I have done the kitchen, dining room, entry hall, laundry room, and am almost done with the guest bathroom, all part time in a week! My Wife and I have never been happier with the decision to buy laminate than we are right now, it looks fantastic. Wow, is this stuff GREAT!  When we bought our new home, it had *white* carpet throughout.  With two active little boys, a full grown dog and a cat with claws, I knew the poor carpet would never survive.  After living with it for six months, I decided to switch to laminate flooring.  Holly, I'm so glad I found you on the internet - the laminate floor looks beautiful and the cleanup is incredible!  My kids can't ruin it, the dog can't ruin it, and it always looks fabulous. I wish I had some before pictures - you won't believe the improvement!   We had it professionally installed and the installer said he's never worked with such a beautiful product.  I think I have made a customer out of him, too!
